Free Shipping: Marco Pharma pays for standard shipping on all orders over $350.00 in the continental U.S.A. 

Same Day Shipping: All Ground Orders place by 3:30 pm Pacific Time will be shipped same day. All expedited shipping must be placed by 1:00 pm Pacific Time for same day shipping.  

Payment Terms: Orders must be prepaid in full.

Returns: Homeopathic medicines and naturopathic supplements can be returned according to the following stipulations: Merchandise must to returned unopened, unmarked, in a salable condition according to invoice number and invoice date. *PRIOR AUTHORIZATION is required on all items. Please call our order department for a return authorization number. A 10 percent (10%) handling charge will be deducted from credit for returned product. No returns will be accepted after 30 days of invoice date.
